Customs in Hawaii

As we reached Hawaii you could tell we were in USA territory as they did all they could to leave that

"We are in a time of war"

feeling in your head.

"9/11 could happen again, be scared".

We were traveling to Canada via Hawaii and we were made to get off the plane and go through customs and checks, just to get back on the same plane. Major waste of time. Americans Huh!
